Shalini Dutta

Shalini Dutta is the Talent Acquisition Leader for India. As a part of the Global Talent Enablement team, she designs and deploys Talent Acquisition strategies to meet the talent needs across all business groups of HPE in India. 

She has a rich and diverse Talent Acquisition and Human Resources experience of over 16 years.  She joined HP in January 2015 and has led Talent Acquisition teams for various business groups across Technology, Services &  Functions, both for India and Asia Pacific & Japan as a region. 

Prior to joining Hewlett Packard, Shalini led a start up firm to a successful establishment of its staffing Services and the HR Consulting division and managed the P&L for the same. She has conducted extensive assignments for IT, Healthcare and Education sectors spanning across Talent Acquisition and other Human Resources functions. She has also played the role of an HR Business Partner with Patni Computer Systems Ltd.

Shalini has done her Master’s in Business Management, with a specialization in HR, from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies in Pune, and is also Master in Labour Law and Labour Welfare from Symbiosis Law College, Pune University.
