Seema Padman

Seema Padman is Vice President, Human Resources at Epsilon (past of Alliance Data, a Fortune 500 Company). Epsilon started their India Operations in early 2015. Prior to this, she was with ARM, India for 7 years where she held multiple roles including heading the HR organization for ARM in Asia (spanning 5 countries in the region) and Director, Organizational Effectiveness (OE). In her OE role, she was part of a core leadership team that aimed at positively disrupting the status quo with progressive approaches to managing talent and creating an effective and sustainable organization.

Prior to ARM, Seema worked at AstraZeneca and McDonald's in the UK and at 2 IT organizations in India at the start of her career. She has worked in the areas of Strategic HR, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Succession Planning, Employee Engagement, Leadership Development and Performance Management in a career spanning 16 years.

Seema has a 1st degree in Physics and an MBA from the Cranfield School of Management which is ranked 12th amongst business schools in Europe by The Economist. Seema is a Licentiate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel &Development (CIPD), which is the world's largest Chartered HR professional body.

She has a 13-year old son and her hobbies include reading and traveling.
