Renuka Rajagopal

Renuka started her career spanning over 22+ years in architectural design, construction and later through various phases in the rapidly growing IT & ITES industry stepped into all major aspects of Corporate Real Estate and Workplace in South Asia region.  

The successful, challenging and enriching experience gained through this exciting journey includes leading and managing real estate portfolio, integrated facility management, expansion/consolidation, financial management, design, project management, progressive work place, smart working, mergers, acquisitions, divestiture, and outsourcing. 

Strategic decision making, governance,  leading successful teams, leading change, transformation, creating and driving value are some of  her key’strengths.

Renuka  is passionate about ongoing learning and contributing to diversity and inclusion Initiatives.  She currently co leads the VMinclusion India chapter aimed at harnessing the power of human difference for Vmware India.
