The journey started over 20 years ago and has been one of learning, unlearning and evolving. Some of the key highlights have been defining Compensation and Benefits programs and ensuring Compliance, Automation of HR Systems and Processes, ERP implementations, design employee engagement programs that provide avenues for employees to take care of their health and interests thereby influencing their engagement quotient, and have been designated as Chairperson on Biocon's Internal Complaints Committee .

I believe there are many people - Managers, Team members, Oragnisations, Leaders, Colleagues, Fraternity, Family, Friends, and so many other people who have positively influenced my thoughts and choices along this exciting journey. I would be happy if I am able to be the positive influence as I move on.
