Rashmeet Kaur

A Mechanical and Automation Engineer , Blogger and Author of 'Diary of A Young Blogger', Rashmeet Kaur is the co-founder & Regional Leader of Lean In India leaving a benchmark in promoting women in every field, especially heavy industrial designing. She is the founder and team mentor of Team panthera which is world’s first and only all women supermileage design team from Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women, that was ranked 7th globally for fabricating a vehicle over a span of two years. Known for her visionary projects for women in the country , she believes in leading by example. Youngest country leader for any Lean In Network, an initiative founded by Sheryl Sandberg , COO at Facebook , she has mentored over 300 girls to Lean In and change their lives . Currently , she is working with corporates on including men in the dialogue of Diversity & Inclusion .Successful curator for Lean In India Summits, she is known for her power networking skills.  Published at the age of 21, she is an empathetic leader and passionate inspirational speaker for she believes in showing to the world that successful women are not exceptions , they are examples. 

Currently working in Honda Cars India, Rashmeet is known for radiating energy and motivation through her talks. In the past she has been invited to represent India at the Lean In Asia Summit’18 in Kuala Lumpur , Malaysia, been Women Entrepreneurship Mentor at Global Entrepreneurship Week’16 , given talks at the IEEE WIE International Leadership Summit ’17, Goa & IEEE Delhi Section Congress, NSIT,Delhi and Lean In Regional Leaders Conference , Palo Alto, California. Her work has been appreciated by Sheryl Sandberg on social media platforms , featured in national dailies for technical achievements and multiple online magazines both nationally and internationally.
