Rajiv Naithani

Rajiv Naithani is a blog writer, spiritual practitioner, social activist, OD professional and a seasoned HR Leader. In his current assignment, he is heading the HR function with Infogain India Pvt. Ltd., a Silicon Valley-headquartered company, delivers business outcomes through robust software engineering combined with deep domain expertise in travel, retail, insurance and hi-tech sectors.

Prior to Infogain, Rajiv held HR & OD leadership roles with Dassault Systèmes India, and GlobalLogic India. Rajiv is a fast tracker and has the credit of being the youngest Director and Associate Vice President in the company.
Prior to joining GlobalLogic, Rajiv held management positions at IT and ITES companies such as HCL Technologies, Interglobe Technologies (IGT) and Innodata.

Rajiv serves as Board of Trustee with "Pauri Garhwal Trust" which focuses on development of underprivileged people in remote locations of Uttarakhand State
