Punitha Sathyamurali a Transformation Life Coach, Leadership Trainer, Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) Consultant, Resource Optimization Expert and an Independent Reiki Teacher with over 2 decades of experience in leadership roles across key business verticals in BFSI, Manufacturing, Transportation and Logistics, IT services and BPO.

She is currently the CEO, Co- Founder and Subject Matter Expert at Conflux Solutions LLP which offers Expertise on Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) and other harassment at workplace, Technical and Leadership Consultancy (TLC)  in HR Solutions and Individual and Group Coaching (IC&GC).

Anti Sexual Harassment Space: 

She works with clients to understand their level of compliance with the law and further provides them with appropriate solutions to guide them to be compliant. Also helps to create policies and processes.

She also works as a third party to support them to investigate cases as and when it arises. She helps them monitor the workings of ICC throughout the year. Punitha is currently empaneled with 10 odd organizations

Coaching and Training Space:

As a certified Life Coach, she has been coaching individuals, women in between their career transitions, coming back moms and abused children.

She is a pioneer in experiential leadership training using innovative and scientific methodology and tools.

A Transformation Coach, PoSH Consultant and an Experiential Trainer with a Finance, HR and Coaching post graduate education, she loves to read, know people, design, travel and listen to music when she is not at work or in her reiki seminars.
