PRAVEEN KUMAR VOONA

Praveen Voona is currently associated with Airbus India in People function, with the responsibility for defining and implementing a company wide talent acqusition strategy.  In addition, he has a strong inclination towards Digital transformation with a willingness to identify and delegate tech strategy in innovative and assertive ways. He is also playing various roles in Human Resources like Business Partnering. He strongly believies HR is about people, integrity, empathy, human understanding.  

Mentoring is just not a passion but part of his value to develop others.  Airbus India's women returnee program "Fly Again" stays in the list of his brain child. His prupose is to ignite the spark in human to their best.
