Over last two and half decades, Padma has worked across cultures and has rich global exposure in multiple industries. She has enabled individuals build capability across frontline, managerial and leadership levels. And created deep business impact by preparing organizations for future. Her areas of expertise include driving organization change, succession planning, leadership development, competency assessment and development and OD interventions.
Prior to joining Aditya Birla Group, she has worked with Dr. Reddy’s, Infosys, Flextronics and Larsen & Toubro. An electronics engineer from NIT, India she secured her MBA from the Anderson School of Management, University of California, LA.
Padma is a proud mom of an 18 year old son, an undergrad in physics. She is a passionate traveller and blogger and lives in Mumbai.
