Nidhi Sharma

Nidhi Sharma is presently working as Executive Director at the Indian Exhibition Industry Association (IEIA), which is the National Apex body representing the exhibition industry in India. She has 16 years' experience with proven track record in Strategic Planning, Stakeholder Management, International Alliances, Government Liaising, Partnerships, Association Management and Business Development and at Senior Management positions. 

Prior to this role, she has worked with a Sector Skills Council under National Skill Development Council and the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE - Vocational Education Wing). She has co-authored a couple of books on Retail Management at the Secondary level and has conducted a number of workshops, consultative meets and has also delivered presentations at national and international forums. She has been quoted as top Women Leaders in Events industry at the global level and also has been featured in exhibition and event industry publications at international levels. 

Nidhi is also the Program Coordinator of the Women's Leadership Forum, which is a joint initiative by IEIA and IAEE (International Association of Exhibitions & Events). She is passionate about contributing to the cause of inclusivity and gender diversity in organisations and loves motivating Women to take up Leadership Roles.
