Neha is the founder of JANUS. She-Rise is an institution for women with Sabbaticals. An institution that aims at bridging the gap between what education provides v/s what corporate expects. A space for women to evolve, think out of the box, plan a better future for themselves and be bold about their career break.

These topics are delivered at various educational institutions and varied audience ranging from mothers to working or non-working women to students to parents to principals and teachers.
A Decade of Corporate Experience
Working as an entry level employee and taking a voluntary retirement for pursuing her passion for Employability and Serving women with Sabbaticals. Worked as a Financial Analyst, Accounts Manager, Forex Analyst, Product Controller with Investment Banks(Bank of America), Infrastructure Firm for over a decade. Lessons from corporate experience has been enriching and encouraging.
