Jyothi Sivaramakrishnan

Jyothi currently serves the People Function and leads the HR Business Partnering function for the Content Business in the India Operations Centers. She is responsible for driving the people agenda, providing strategic and operational support to senior leaders, building talent and capability and contributing to overall business needs.

In a career spanning 19 years, Jyothi has varied experience, most of her career in the field of Operations, Customer Service and Content. In a rare opportunity, she switched to her current role to serve as a Human Resources professional and has spent that last 6 years in the field of Business HR. She has been with Thomson Reuters for over 18 years.

Prior to joining Human Resources, she was Global Head, Corporate Actions responsible for Content Operations and people management across 10 global data centers. She has played key roles in different areas managing the content collection, data feeds for stock exchanges and also in Frontline Customer Support in Mumbai.

Jyothi is a Values and Culture Facilitator, certified by Senn Delaney (a culture shaping firm), facilitating and involved in the culture shaping effort in the organization. She co-sponsors the Women’s Chapter for Thomson Reuters in Bangalore.

She received a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science from Mumbai University

Jyothi enjoys music, particularly Indian classical and Bollywood. While in Mumbai, she used to be a dubbing artist for television series.
