I am Iti Rawat, a Professional keynote Speaker, an Entrepreneur and a Retail Experience Enhancer - have worked with several international and national firms on various projects for them in the Retail industry. My Company Thinkhall Training and Consultancy has recently been awarded as the TOP5 Startup for Diversity by DivHersity Awards 2019.

I have trained more than 1 lakh retail professionals and aim to train and employ more youth in retail by certifying them.  #Onelakhin2020 is a ambitious project for the social cause like this. 

 

I also run a Foundation firm called WEFT Women Entrepreneurs Foundation, which is helping bridge the diversity in landscape of start up eco system. We promote more women to take up entrepreneurship and help those who are already running a business. In WEFT we strongly believe that women entrepreneurs are the key to a growing nation's economy and happier homes. When we empower a women we are not just supporting her, we are 5 more generations for her.  Societies which do not understand the important of women are heading for their own destruction.

 

I am a passionate speaker and have been speaking on topics to empower women, bring more futuristic approach to skill development and  bring transformational changes in the audience.
