Girish Sharma

Girish Sharma comes with a 20-year experience in industries spreading from Automation to IT. 

Being in the HR profession for the last 10 years at Accenture, Girish is currently the Talent Supply Chain lead for Accenture Operations in India. Girish has worked in various roles at Accenture over the years; he is passionate about HR and loves the pace at which Accenture works. He believes that it all helps bring the best in him. 

A marketing professional by education, Girish played various roles in Sales and Business Development in his formative years. He is an avid traveler and now calls Bangalore his second home. He loves to take out time to trek and has completed the Everest Base camp, twice over the last 4 years.  Girish enjoys long road journeys and finds the company of mountains perfect for a vacation.

He has stayed in New Zealand for his work prior to joining Accenture and believes that he left his ‘Dream destination’ to join his ‘Dream company’.

At the core of his life are his two teenage kids – a daughter who is in class 12 and a son who is in class 6. Girish believes that his kids help him better understand the new generation and their drivers. He is also a pet lover.
