Alka comes with over 19 years of experience in leading strategic Learning & Development initiatives at the regional level regional level0 IT and IT Services organizations.

Alka’s knowledge, expertise, insight, and constant focus on continuing to learn have added immense value to multiple organizations. She has established herself as a trusted advisor, a valuable resource, and someone who can be counted on to get things done. Alka created a number of initiatives around strengthening the management/leadership skill set in teams. 

Alka communicates well and challenges others to think in new and creative ways by asking important questions. She has offered a number of suggestions in terms of how people operate and communicate as a team, and has created several solutions for employees to help build their leadership and managerial capabilities.
