Daryl Pinto

Daryl currently holds the position of India Head of Talent Acquisition, Vice President in the Human Resources department for NOS India. 

He has over 19 years’ experience in the BFSI industry with experience in talent acquisition and as an HR business partner. 

In NT; Daryl is responsible for driving the talent acquisition strategy and technology buildout for NT in India. Building the NOS brand in the external market is an integral part of his role; with a primary focus on increasing the talent pool through diverse and non-traditional sources.

Prior to NT; Daryl was associated with Credit Suisse and Goldman Sachs to drive their hiring strategy across permanent and contract staffing and lead and conceptualized programs to 2nd career women, hiring from the armed forces and other diverse talent pools. He started his career in the corporate world by establishing the talent acquisition function for Morgan Stanley in Mumbai. 

He graduated in 1999 with a Bachelor’s Degree (Commerce) from RD National College and holds a PGDBM (part-time) from Xavier Institute of Management Mumbai.
