Bhavna Toor

The Shenomics’ team is headed by executive coach and mindfulness trainer Bhavna Toor. Bhavna has been mentoring leaders and entrepreneurs for the last 5 years, most recently as an entrepreneur-in-residence at the GSF global accelerator and previously as the CEO and Director of the National Social Entrepreneurship Forum in India, India’s premier platform for supporting 10,000+ budding young social entrepreneurs.  

 

Prior to transitioning to leadership coaching, Bhavna had an 8-year long successful corporate career in finance. Most recently, she was a Vice President and Client Portfolio Manager at Lazard in New York, where she managed product and business development for various hedge fund strategies on its $7 Billion Alternative Investments platform. 

 

 A TEDx speaker, Bhavna has delivered several talks on women’s empowerment and leadership. She is a mentor with Sheroes, Women’s Web and the Cherie Blaire Foundation and a founding member of the Womensphere Global Network. Bhavna has an MBA in Social Innovation and Impact from NYU. She’s lived in 6 countries and brings a global perspective and sensitivity to her work.
