Ashish comes with an overall 11 years of experience in the financial services and retail industry spearheading several key initiatives around emerging technology, business transformation and global change programs. A driver of innovation, he has led programs in multiple countries on Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning to name a few. Ashish in his current role leads implementation of automation at Invesco HYD. His role involves identifying right intervention for business problems and provide “fit for purpose” solution to ensure current workforce is future ready.
He is a firm believer and practitioner of diversity and equal opportunity at workplace and has led several D&I initiative in his previous roles. He is also part of core committee of Diversity Working Group at Invesco.
