After a career gap of 8+Years, I began my work as a Freelance IT recruiter.

It wasn't easy to get back on work in the Corporate arena after a gigantic break. Two Important women helped me get back on track of my career.  Now Enlighten HR Consulting Director - Rachana another great personality who has paved My career. 

With 8+ years of experience in various fields Like BPO, HR and corporate training. My experience and association with people from various domains help me to effectively manage people and their behavior. I head training services taking care of all kind of training.

In JFH or any Platform, I would love to mentor and support others and likewise.    Ladies who have so much amazing potential to hold on to their career after the challenges they face and who look forward to making a large portion of their extra time worth for them. I  want to help ladies recognize their ability, aptitude and to make the most out of it.
