Akhila Dhamotharan

I have an MBA degree from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai and Engineering degree from UVCE, Bangalore. I joined JDA directly from college & have been with JDA ever since. JDA is a product software company that solves supply chain planning & execution problems for manufacturers, retailers, 3PL companies etc.

I have worked in different departments & in challenging roles making my 15-year stint at JDA very fulfilling.

I am currently leading cross-functional projects across all departments of JDA India. This gives me a bird's eye view of the happenings in each department & also enables me to bring together people to solve different problems. I lead the Innovation program for JDA India.

I previously led a large Consulting Practice at JDA that focuses on implementing software to solve Supply Chain Planning & Execution problems. I was responsible for achieving business metrics such as utilization as well as people metrics such as employee engagement scores. Apart from this role, I was also the leader for the Diversity & Inclusion program for JDA India. I am very passionate about this cause & in that role, built a solid foundation of programs to improve JDA's gender diversity score.
