• Skilled in core data structures and algorithms and implements them using language of choiceQualifications/Requirements :
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience
• Experience with Windows and Unix / Linux based programming
• Experience developing web applications (Spring, Restful Web Services)
• Experience with front-end technologies such as Javascript, HTML5, CSS/ Angular/ BackboneJS/ EmberJS/KnockoutJS/ViuJs
• Experience with databases – Oracle/ PostGRE/ MySql/ Cassandra
• Experience with database based development (JPA, Hibernate, JDBC, Spring Data)
• Initiative to explore alternate technology and approaches to solving problems
• Skills in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements and estimating efforts
• Ability to analyze impact of technology choices
Desired Characteristics :
• Familiar with STS/Eclipse/IntelliJ , Maven/Ant build tools
• Experience with unit testing/ Unit testing tools/ Continuous Integration
• Demonstrates awareness about competitors and industry trends
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, team building and problem solving abilities
