Take responsibility of accurate performance of end to end accounting of transactions related to T&E function

Take responsibility of accurate performance of end to end accounting of transactions related to T&E function
Perform month end activities such as accruals , monthly Tcard and P card reconciliations, analysis of open items
Providing required supporting documents pertaining to month end activities
Investigation of open items and aged items and ensure timely resolution and escalation of open items
Dunning follow up and KPI reporting
Identify areas for improvement and suggest strategies to optimize expense reporting processes.
Ensure all financial close activities are completed timely and in accordance with timelines, guidelines and policies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all month end activities are completed on time
Ensure financial controls are adhered to across all the accounting and reporting processesBasic qualification:Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
2+ years experience working on the month end activities such as accruals, reconciliations and investigation of open items
Previous experience in R2R is added advantageEligibility:Strong accounting knowledge and has performed month end activities for T&E
Has worked on T&E systems such as Concur and Operating knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP and JDE
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office applications

In India, Cargill’s operations started in 1987. We have businesses in refined oils, food ingredients, grain and oilseeds, cotton, animal nutrition, industrial specialties, and trade structured finance. Cargill markets leading consumer brands of edible oils such as Nature Fresh, Gemini, Sweekar, Leonardo Olive Oil, Rath and Sunflower brand of hydrogenated fats. We also markets wheat flour under the Nature Fresh brand name. The Animal Nutrition business of Cargill provides animal feed and premix and nutrition for aqua, dairy and poultry, and markets animal feed and premix under the brands such as Provimi, Purina, Citura and Cargill. The Grains and Oilseed business originates grains & oilseeds at 200 storage locations.
