Ability to teach a college level introductory photography course using experiential education methodologies, hands-on activities
Generate and Develop Overall Content Strategy Plan for an Online Masterclass
Plans and teaches according to curriculum goals and objectives
Understand the factors needed for a Successful Masterclass - Content that engages, is interactive and creates many a WOW moments
Sketch out ideas and/or make models as a part of Content Creation
Conduct Online Masterclasses (Schedule of classes will be discussed at a later point) where Live Demonstration has to be shared with students
Have a deep understanding of how Children Learn
Understand the needs of the audience and adjust the contents accordingly without compromising on the Learning Outcomes
Adapt the content to individual needs of students with varying intellectual and artistic abilities
Accommodate a variety of instructional activities
Explain and pitch your ideas clearly to the client
Respond positively to client feedback
Adapt and refine your work based on client response
Evaluate each student’s performance and growth in knowledge and aesthetic understandings, and prepare assessment reports See Less
