Tele support Executive
Job Summary:
As a Tele Support Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to vendors, To encourage them to sell their products on our website, 'Vizhil'. This position requires excellent communication and listening skills, as well as a strong sales knowledge to effectively convince vendors to collaborate with us. The role is 100% remote, with occasional office visits as required.

Key Responsibilities:
•Make outbound calls to vendors in designated areas to persuade them to list their products on 'Vizhil'.
•Effectively communicate the benefits and features of selling on 'Vizhil' to potential vendors.
•Provide exceptional customer support and assistance to vendors throughout the onboarding process.

Requirements:
•Any degree or Marketing related field preferred.
•Experienced and also freshers are welcome.
•Proven experience in outbound sales or customer support roles.
•Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, Gujarati, Bengali, Punjabi.
•Ability to work independently in a 100% remote environment.
•Strong sales knowledge and persuasive skills.
•Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM software.
•Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to multiple shifts as required.
