Looking forward for smart tele-caller who will primarily focus on telecalling activities to engage existing channel partners, acquire new partners and clients to encourage the sales and provide administrative support if required.Performance Indicators:1.Number of successful client engagements and partnerships established.
2.Percentage increase in client base and business partner network.
3.Accuracy and completeness of client interaction records and administrative tasks.
4.Feedback from clients and business partners regarding service quality and satisfaction.
5.Achievement of sales targets and revenue goals set for Life & Health insurance products.

Business Partner Engagement:a) Foster strong relationships with current business partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and support.
b) Identify and onboard new business partners to expand the network and create additional business opportunities.
Administrative Tasks:a) Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, quotes, and transactions using CRM software.
b) Provide administrative support related to insurance documentation and processes as needed.
