Work From Home Opportunity:Work as a Telesales Executive from the comfort of your home with the biggest brands in India such as Upstox, Delhivery, Razorpay, Classplus, Edelweiss, and more.Key Responsibilities:
- Commit to a minimum of 18 on-call hours per week, between 9 am to 9 pm, Monday to Sunday.
- Maintain a minimum Quality Score as assigned by the system and Quality Team.
- Participate in video refreshers, training sessions, and periodic knowledge assessments.
- Adhere to Zero Tolerance Policies defined by the company.
- Monthly payout of up to Rs 25,000 based on achieving the on-call hours target and maintaining the Minimum Quality Score.
- Additional incentives, bonuses, rewards, and recognition (R&R) are provided for fulfilling a minimum of eighteen (18) on-call hours within every consecutive seven-day period.
