Hence, the content will be related to all intersecting domains that are of interest to the target audience. You will be in charge of creating high-quality content and documentation that will contribute to the overall success of our products.

What you’ll do
- Produce high-quality content (blog/guides/docs/ebooks/ tutorials/videos/infographics) that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.
- Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help, ‘how-to’ articles and developer guides.
- Create tutorials to help our target audience.
- Study about the domain and interact with UI-UX designers and developers to identify and address pain points of the target audience.
- Use photographs, drawings, diagram

What you’ll do
- Produce high-quality content (blog/guides/docs/ebooks/ tutorials/videos/infographics) that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.
- Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help, ‘how-to’ articles and developer guides.
- Create tutorials to help our target audience.
- Study about the domain and interact with UI-UX designers and developers to identify and address pain points of the target audience.
- Use photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users’ understanding create and improve user experiences through great design, clear UI elements, and helpful messages.
- Create and maintain the information architecture
- Optimize content according to SEO.
What we’re looking for
- We’re looking for someone who’s equal parts writer, content-strategist and researcher.
- The ideal candidate will be able to translate complex tech concepts into simple, concise content.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript or any previous experience in web development is an added advantage.
- Someone who’s passionate about UI-UX design and front-end.
