Job Purpose and Impact

The Team Manager for Credit to cash will oversee a team that handles overall Credit to cash activities. In this role, you will monitor invoicing and billing, perform cash applications and handle customer credits, collections and dispute management and other period end close processing.

This role needs to support APAC region 6.30AM-3.30PM and candidates needs to be flexible beyond this time zone.

Key Accountabilities

• Directly leading team depending on scope and complexity.

• Directly supervise AR & Cash applications team.

• Oversee new business migration activities and processes to ensure they are handled efficiently and effectively.

• Develop and cultivate robust business relationships with partners, stakeholders ,focusing on process maturity.

• Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

• Minimum 12 years experience cash applications

• Experience in handling Financial operations in Credit to cash domain.

• Other minimum qualifications may apply .

Preferred Qualifications :

• Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning applications

• Minimum 4+ years of supervisory experience

• Extensive experience in finance operations with expertise in credit-to-cash processes

• Management experience working in a diversified industry or commodity core industry

• Experience leading a large team of people across finance and accounting with concentration toward cash to credit

• As per the business needs this role requires to operate for 6 days in a week

• This role requires to be flexible with the Shift.
