Job Description
- Preparation of search strategy based on the functional profile of the taxpayer and performing qualitative analysis using Indian databases like Prowess and Capitaline database, selection of comparable companies, calculation of margins and related party transaction computation.
- Assistance in carrying out benchmarking analysis using foreign databases like royalty, Compustat or Amadeus databases.
- Preparation of roll forward memorandums basis the memorandums prepared for the previous year.
- Updating Industry overview, related party transaction and updating economic analysis.
- Law research, preparation of draft response to show cause notice, preparation of rebuttals, initial submission and updating the margins from annual report for APA’s
- BCom, BBA, MCom
- 0-2 years experience in Transfer Pricing.
- Good communication skills
