Job Overview:

We are currently looking for a Sr Specialist, Architecture to join our IT Organization. The Lead Developer proactively and holistically supports activities that guide the development and management of technical solutions for the CRM Services & FSL Implementation

The Lead Developer provides the analysis, and design tasks required for the development of the Salesforce technical architecture. The Lead Developer will support the Architect to create deliverables that help develop target-state guidance (standards, guidelines, dictionaries, and configurations) for evolving the Salesforce technical platform landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

● Responsible for technical guidance to the Development team

● Design, and develop advanced customizations utilizing Salesforce.com and Force.com.

● Responsible for ensuring overall quality of the product by performing code reviews, technical design reviews etc.

● Integrate multiple technologies with Salesforce.com/Force.com.

● Map functional requirements to Salesforce.com features and functionality.

● Disseminate best practices on solution positioning and delivery.

● Mentor junior team members in Salesforce.com technology, Force.com, Integration Technologies, and Salesforce.com best practices.

● Provide guidance to testing team on Test Approach for complex requirements

● Work with Platform Architecture team in designing complex solutions; identifying technical refactoring backlog / requirements.

● Responsible for ensuring technical performance optimization and scalability.

Qualifications:

• Good understanding in the full life cycle of the software development environment using waterfall and agile methodologies

• Ability to provide broad and deep technical leadership and cohesive design approaches for strategic efforts.

• Work closely with Architecture and System teams to define technical development guidelines and security guidelines for Salesforce based applications.

• Thorough knowledge and Exp in Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce1 and Force.com platform capabilities is a must

• Thorough knowledge and Exp in Field Service Design and Implementation; FSL APP; Knowledge Management

• Participate in design discussions and provide Salesforce expertise to implements standards based functionalities

• Have capability to lead a team involving onsite and offshore team on all technical related tasks around Salesforce development

• Working experience with Salesforce Integrations with 3rd party systems

• Ability to develop and hands on work during sprints.

• Ability to explain complex technology decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels in the organization

• Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce.com (SFDC) systems implementation experience, Salesforce.com

• Knowledge of various capabilities offered by the platform including Workflow, Chatter, Communities, etc.

• Data Migration, SSO and web services experience involving Salesforce platform

• FSL / FSL APP Development: 3 Years

Skills & Characteristics:

• Experience delivering CRM capabilities that span multiple product areas and industries

• Understanding of SDLC methodologies (such as Waterfall, Agile, DevSecOps)

• Knowledge of IT standards and controls

• Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiation

• Excellent analytical and technical skills

• Strong communication (verbal/written/listening) skills.

• Experience working in remote teams across continents & time zones is a plus.

• Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of existing, new and emerging technologies that enable and drive new business designs and models
