Proven experience in the delivery of infrastructure projects.
Confident with proven interpersonal and communication skills.
Thorough understanding of relevant Standards and Specifications.
Management of small and medium work packages and projects;
Interface with the Client as necessary to deliver the work;
Writing contract documents and technical reports as required;
Communication to the immediate team, the wider organisation and external parties;
Responsibility for managing the workloads and technical oversight of small team of junior engineers and
technicians;
Coaching, mentoring and developing junior staff
Possess excellent oral and written communication skills;
Strive for technical excellence.
Capable of managing a challenging workload subject to change at short notice
Work with a team of engineers and technicians working on a variety of projects.
