Our clients are not looking for "vanity metrics" but for solutions that will help them stay in business and remain profitable especially during these difficult economic times.We are opening to working with people who have good content writing skills and/or graphic design skills provided they have a passion to learn and execute guidelines provided by Redwood.Roles and Responsibilites of the Associate:
- Manage all digital marketing related activities for a minimum of 2 clients of Redwood Algorithms(details mentioned below)
- Create a Social Media content plan for the client
- Create content based on the plan for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Linked In or Twitter
- Submit content for review to the head of digital marketing (all content for the month should be created for each month at the beginning of the month and submitted for review)
- Make edits to content where required
- Post content on social media platforms as per the plan
- Carry out a weekly audit of all client social media platforms, which involves making sure links, contact numbers, banners, announcements are current and relevant to the clients' business
- Maintain a tracker of all engagement of social media posts that have been posted. Inform the client about comments, replies, messages, etc.
- Set up lead generation, website traffic, app install, etc. campaigns on Facebook based on inputs provided by the Data Science team
- Download leads from lead generation campaigns and share it with the client's sales team
- The first month of the engagement will be on probation. In this month, the Associate will work on 1 client for which an amount of INR 2500 will be paid by will be paid by Redwood to the Associate.
- If the probation period is successfully completed, the compensation will change to INR 7500 per month and the number of clients to be managed will be 3.
- If the Associate is able to successfully manage 3 clients for a period of 3 months then the compensation will change to INR 10000 per month (no of clients managed will be 3) .
- On reaching the 10000 per month compensation bracket, the Associate will be eligible for a quarterly bonus based on perfomance of INR 10000.

- Bring in their creativity and innovative thinking to make great content for the client
