Job Description
Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Understand the key processes of product release cycles and align to build the enablement and training content roadmap.• Deliver high-quality Instructor-led Essence Technical installation and software development studio training: Standard and Custom to clients and Partners through online channels and/or in-person.• Plan, execute, and deliver high-quality content to meet both instructor-driven and self-learning training needs. Work closely with various stakeholders to operationalize all training/enablement engagements both internal and external.• Collaborate with business units to build and maintain training delivery infrastructure like training environments, training labs for hands-on practice, and post-training support systems• Develop and execute assessment framework to validate program effectiveness and run certification programsRequired Experience: 6-9 years

• Proficiency in conducting technical training on core banking solutions on Java/J2EE platforms.
• Extensive experience in conducting training on Web Services (REST), Microservices, XML-based messaging, JHipster, UI Technologies (VueJS), and Spring frameworks such as Spring boot, Spring MVC, Spring security, Spring data, and Spring Integration.
• In-depth understanding of databases like Oracle, DB2, and Postgres and architecture in core and retail banking solutions• Established track record of knowledge management in technical areas and passion for delivering high-quality training.• Strong communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English language See Less
