Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze, review, forecast and trend complex data

• Present analysis and recommendations for operational and business review/planning

• Support short- and long-term operational/strategic business activities through analysis

• Develop, recommend and implement business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes

This is a complex, fast-paced, matrixed environment with a lot of moving parts. The challenge is in developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models. You’ll be expected to interpret and analyze large amounts of data from multiple sources and use it to tell a meaningful story.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, computers, or any related field

• 10+ years of experience in US healthcare Revenue cycle Management. 6+ years as a Reporting / BI Analyst

• Comprehensive knowledge of data design, data modeling, data management, and data visualization

• Proven solid communication and client management skills

• Proven to have analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach

• Proven to be self-motivated and eager to learn

• Proven to be a team player and able to lead and initiate

• Proven ability to stay updated with advancements and best practices in design and development

• Proven ability to document process, models, designs, and solutions and able to explain, represent, and discuss with the team

• Proven ability to interact with business as well as technical teams

• Proven ability to learn and respond quickly to the fast-changing business environment

• Willing to work in US timings (5.30PM IST – 3.00AM IST)

• Technical Skills:

o Proficient in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL and advanced Excel

o Understand business requirements in BI/MIS context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights

o SQL querying for best results, use of filters and graphs for better understanding of data

o Ability to create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI/Tableau

o Ability to analyze data and present data through reports that aid decision-making

o Ability to convert business requirements into technical specifications and decide timeline to accomplish (TAT)

o Ability to do chart creation and data documentation explaining algorithms, parameters, models, and relations

o Ability to design, develop, test, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform detailed analytics. Perform DAX queries and functions in Power BI

o Ability to work with users and team members at all levels for performance improvement and suggestions

o Ability to covert data into stories that help establish data-driven decision-making across the organization

o Ability to articulate the key performance indicators (KPIs) in RCM vertical with clear objectives, create control reports/charts and work with operation stakeholders in improving overall efficiency See Less
