As a Saleswoman Returnee, you will undergo comprehensive training and development to refresh and enhance your sales skills. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to reignite their career in sales within a supportive and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Participate in a structured training program focused on sales techniques, product knowledge, market analysis, and customer relationship management.
-Collaborate with sales managers and mentors to develop personalized growth plans tailored to individual career goals and aspirations.
-Engage in hands-on sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, client presentations, and closing deals.
-Utilize various sales tools and technologies to streamline processes and optimize performance.
-Actively contribute to team meetings, share insights, and participate in skill-building workshops.
-Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
-Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in sales.
