Job Description

Our Client – A Global Investment Bank – Based out of Bengaluru, is running a“return-to-work”program designed specifically for women who have taken a career break. The program is structured into a 12 weeks internship ( Paid )which will highlight knowledge refreshment, new knowledge transfer, a mentorship with some of the key leaders of the firm to guide you and a daily assessment with the HR team to analyse the progress. The key take away from the internship is that you would be market ready and most importantly – it will serve as a great platform to assess oneself if she is ready to come back to the work force.Since our client is running the internship program to also identify if not all but some of the applicants as an full time employee – they are investing a lot on the program. Please note some criteria and preferences:
  1. Year of GAP / Break – 2 Minimum and 6 Maximum.
  2. Years of Experience, prior the break – 3 minimum to 12 Maximum.

Kindly note the Internship will be taking place in Bengaluru and our client will only be looking for someone who is committed to partake the entire time 12 weeks.Here are some of the areas of experience our client would be interested in:
  1. Technology – Java/C /Python/DevOps
1) We are looking for strong C /Java/Python Developer along with strong Data Strcuture and Algorithms backgroud. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline
 Experience in software development, including a clear understanding of data structures, algorithms, software design and core programming concepts

2) Finance: CA (Preference who have cleared in 1st 3 Attempts)
 CA - with strong understanding of Financial Reporting, Financial Accounting and Any Audit Expeirence .3) HCM( Human Capital Management)
  • Firmwide compensation (compensation bench marking, analyzing hiring and attrition trends etc) expeirence
  • Business partner solutions ( HR Opeartions, HR Reporting, HR Analytics) expeirence.
4) Corporate Service:
  • FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) - Preference CA candidate with preference with Audit Background
5) Interanl Audit:
  • Technology Audit/IT Audit- Expeirence in Application or System Side Audit with BE/B Tech background.
6) Investment Bank- Operations
  • Trade LifeCycle, Reconcillation, Settlements, Risk PnL, Governace, Confirmations.
