Employment Type:

Engagement of Graduate Apprentice (Under The Apprentices Act, 1961)

Duration: 8 to 12months*

*On successful completion of the program, there will be an opportunity to apply for open roles, if any.

Responsibilities

Learn with the Company’s assigned experience Staff; attend trainings, participate in classes and any workshops to complete the prescribed tests, assignments and other required evaluations. Keep a log of everything learned.

  • Responsible for handling inbound calls from customers and providing them with exceptional customer service.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Require someone who can work flexible night shifts/rotational shifts.
