ReLaunch attempts to draw from the vast pool of female professionals in India. The program aims to help women continue their quest for excellence, providing them full-time job opportunities in various domains at Eaton in India.

Eligibility criteria:

• Citizens of India

• Who have taken break in their career for more than 6 Months

• Have minimum 2 years prior experience
