Your Roles & Responsibilities will include:
  • Explaining the pros and cons of various investment strategies, answering all finance-related questions, and addressing clients’ concerns.
  • Advising strategies for clients in insurance coverage, investment planning, cash management, and other areas to help them reach financial objectives.
  • Developing financial plans to help clients achieve their long-term, mid-term and short-term financial goals.
  • Communicating openly, consistently, and honestly with clients and always keeping them informed about changes to your investment strategy.
  • Completing and submitting investment-related documents, including application withdrawal forms and tax proofs
  • Performing day-to-day administrative tasks, such as responding to emails, calls, and escalations from clients and vendors
  • Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible.
Qualities and Skillsets we are looking for:
  • An effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication along with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a fine eye for details.
  • Self-motivated and confident with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently without much supervision.
  • Highly organized and punctual with an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, customer-centric work culture.
What will be Expected of You:
  • Increase revenues of your accounts by a minimum of 50% in 12 months.
  • Have a 100% engagement every quarter with all accounts assigned to you to discover changes in their financial lives and update their portfolios accordingly.
    Deliver exemplary services leading a Net Promotor Score (NPS) of 9 & above.
  • Timely and Accurate updating of records on the CRM & our Personal Finances Application.
    Increase accounts by a minimum 25% via soliciting new clients through referrals and other business development activities.

What You can Expect :
  • Work-Life Balance with Fixed Shifts from 9:30am to 6:30pm provided you complete your day's work.
  • No Deductions: The salary discussed will have no deductions except standard tax deductions
  • Nature of the Job: This is a desk job with NO Fieldwork or Telecalling.
  • Uncapped Incentives Structure: While the incentive structure is 'Uncapped', it is designed to reward individuals who imbibe the culture of recommending what is best for our customers and following a strict set of SOPs
Preference will be given to
  • Candidates with prior experience in providing quality advice on personal finances, mutual funds, stocks and insurance to high-net-worth individuals is preferred.
  • Candidates with prior experience in providing top-notch and delightful customer experience to High Networth Individuals & Affluent Families
