We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our Talent Acquisition team at HerKey. As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes for both IT and Non-IT requirements, ensuring that HerKey attracts, hires, and retains top talent.Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the staffing needs of HerKey, focusing on both IT and Non-IT roles.Collaborate with department managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop job descriptions and specifications accordingly.Utilize various sourcing techniques including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract a diverse pool of candidates.Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.Manage the entire interview process, including candidate communication, feedback collection, and offer negotiations.Partner with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.Generate weekly monthly and quarterly reports and participate in the hiring reviewsContinuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Requirements:-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master’s degree preferred)
-Proven experience (5+ years) working in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role.
-Should hands on with officetools like word excel or google docs and sheets
Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, techniques, and tools.
-Experience in recruiting for both IT and Non-IT roles, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
-Open to work for extended hours when required
