Experience: 10 - 14 yearsROLE DESCRIPTION:Delievery Manager is responsible for successful functioning of ITSM oprations over arching critical processes like Incident, Problem & Change Management (IPC). Incumbents should be well versed with ITSM principals and must have expereicne of handling complex or demanding customer base. The incumbent is responsible for overall implementation, on-going management and continual improvement of IT Service Management. This includes the development of each ITSM process and reporting of KPI's, critical success factors and activity metrics. Serve as project manager and/or senior lead in IT Service Management (ITSM) projects such as providing guidance and advice involving ITSM processes, including assessment, design, implementation and improvement of those processes and participates in audits (ISO/SOC).
Organize and maintain archival of process versions, major decisions and lessons learned related to ITSM implementation projects.
Consult with Senior Management regarding development and implementation of ITSM strategy, design, operation, transition and continual service improvement processes.
Oversee quality reporting and ensure that each implemented ITSM process develops and reports on Key Performance Indicators and Activity Metrics.
Coordinate work with any third party vendors related to ITSM initiatives.
Coordinate ongoing meetings between senior leaders in order to ensure proper integration of processes. Serve as facilitator for process owners in facilitating changes and or resolution of conflicts and other issues related to implementation of and changes to processes across departments.
Collaborate with Senior Management regarding end-to-end tool requirements to support the effectiveness and efficiency of all ITSM processes.
Ensure creation and facilitation of ongoing ITSM communication and training plan; manage execution of the plan to provide information and knowledge transfer on the programs and projects, also manage perceptions and understanding of affected stakeholders.
Stay abreast of new trends and technologies pertaining to ITSM best practices.
Oversee smooth functioning of IPC processes and day to day operations.
Must have experience of working in a Cloud, SaaS & Dev-Ops environment.
REQUIFRED:Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Master’s Degree in Computer Applications or other equivalent technical field.
Communication
Associate has good English language Skills both verbal and written
Associate has expert customer service/phones skills - Being able to walk associates through advanced tasks over the phone and dealing with difficult stakeholders
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a wide variety of internal and external personnel with emphasis on follow-through and ownership.
Must have excellent organization and technical documentation skills.
Personality Fit
Ability to work calmly under pressure and meet deadlines.
Must be self-motivated and enjoy a sense of pride in their accomplishments.

Work Experience
Overall 8-10 years of experience with 7+ years of handson experience in Service Management Methodologies & ITIL/ITSM Framework
Prior experience in Audits, Incident, Problem & Change Management, will be added advantage.
ITIL Intermediate Certification is a must.
Preferred
ITIL V3
