Job Descriptions – Patient Care Services ( Open positions - 6 Nos)
  •  Qualification: Must be a Graduate or Diploma with 3 years ( 1 year diploma can also be considered – depends on the candidate’s competencies)
  • Basic course/knowledge  of computers is desirable.
  • 0-4 years of Experience in the relevant field.
  • Reporting to: Head – Patient Care Services
Job Summary Receive visitors or patients, ascertain their needs, direct them accordingly, answer the telephone, handle receipt and dispatch of reports and couriers and perform related clerical duties according to the department to which assigned. They must adhere to customer care guidelines and assure quality care. Verbal Ability
  •  To give accurate and tactful explanations to visitors and patients and to exercise high degree of tact and poise, overcoming language barriers.

  • Take home salary will be lesser that CTC mentioned (after subtraction of Statuary benefits)
  • Night shift is mandatory (on Rotation)
