- Design and develop integrations between cloud-based and on-premises applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) platform.
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and define integration needs.
- Configure and customize OIC adapters, connections, orchestrations, and mappings to support data synchronization, transformation, and routing.
- Develop and maintain OIC integrations, leveraging best practices for error handling, logging, and monitoring to ensure reliability and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including application developers, system administrators, and business users, to implement end-to-end integration solutions. - Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) of OIC integrations to validate functionality and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OIC integrations, working with Oracle support and other technical ams as needed.
- Document OIC integration designs, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures, and provide training to technical and non-technical users.
- Stay current with Oracle Integration Cloud releases, new features, and best practices, and assess their potential impact on the organization.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance OIC development processes, standards, and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer or similar role, with a minimum of X years of hands-on experience working with OIC.
- In-depth understanding of OIC capabilities, including adapters, connections, integrations, and visual development tools.
- Strong technical skills in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
- Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, and other integration patterns using OIC.
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Fusion Applications is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) certification is preferred.
