Business Systems Developer - Oracle Fusion HCM: (Work from Home during Lockdown & then Pune)
Your Day-To-Day:
- As a Business Systems Developer, you will be working with a talented Oracle Fusion HCM technical team.
- You will work with business users from across the enterprise and around the world to leverage client's data to better serve customers and partners.
- You will be part of a global team of data specialists, using the latest tools and build technical solutions for HR teams on Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
Your Day-To-Day:
- On a daily basis, you will be working with business users from HR, HRIS, Employee Services, Payroll & Compensation and other teams to understand the business requirement.
- As part of an agile project team, you will do development work on user stories and support testing.
- You will be responsible for drive the resolution & troubleshooting of issues during development and post production support.
- Creating Oracle Service Requests with Oracle Support and doing follow-ups.

Skills and Knowledge:
· 3-5+ years’ of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM application architecture.- Any prior work experience in Payroll Interface between Fusion and ADP.
· Modules knowledge require Core HR, Compensation, Extract, Absence Management, Goals and Performance Management.· Knowledge of New Oracle Fusion News Feed and Responsive UI.· Good Understanding of Transaction Design Studio and Personalization.· Good understanding of Approvals Configuration, User Security, Role Provisioning, Role based Security Model and Permissions.· Expertise in HDL Data Loader, Spreadsheet Loader.· Expertise in Oracle Cloud Fast Formulas and HCM Extract.Should able to build extracts from scratch.· Good hands on experience required in BIP & OTBI and Dashboard Report.· Strong knowledge require in SQL PL/SQL.· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to facilitate discussions, perform demonstrations, provide updates, and identify issues/risks· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology and related work experience See Less
