Job Description

Responsibilities:Analyze clients' supply chain processes and requirements to design Oracle SCM solutions that meet their business needs.
Configure and customize Oracle SCM modules including but not limited to Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Planning modules.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to educate them on Oracle SCM functionality and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and project managers to deliver successful Oracle SCM implementations.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle SCM applications, including troubleshooting issues, applying patches, and implementing enhancements.
Perform data migration and integration tasks to ensure seamless integration between Oracle SCM and other enterprise systems.
Stay updated with the latest Oracle SCM developments and technologies to continuously improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

Assist in pre-sales activities such as preparing proposals, estimating project efforts, and participating in client presentations and demonstrations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience (8+ years) working as an Oracle SCM Consultant or similar role, with hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle SCM modules.
Strong knowledge of Oracle SCM applications, including Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Planning modules.
Experience with Oracle SCM Cloud implementations is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and customization.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Oracle SCM certifications (e.g., Oracle SCM Cloud Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements.
