Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform various daily operations necessary for the business

• Do inventory forecast, monitoring inventory management strategy

• Manage our online inventory

• Manage company's seller accounts and daily operations on online market platforms

• Ensure order accuracy and details

• Check orders and update status

• Analyze SKU level detail to identify rate of sale, product trends, pricing, top sellers, and new product introductions.

• Coordinate daily operations of our Ecommerce Parcel shipments

• Use of shipping software and customer portals to track order details.

• Tracking all shipments

• Monitoring of orders for back-order fulfillment and inventory availability.

• Track and analyze customer & purchase related information

• Track all ecommerce data for the marketing team

Requirements:

• Required Skill(s): E-Commerce, Sales

• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in E-Commerce or equivalent.

• Must be familiar with online shopping channels

• Experience in the E-Commerce and retail industry is a plus

• Strong in data analysis

• Experience with shipping and logistics preferred.

• Ability to prioritize and multitask.

Preferred Skills:

• HubSpot eCommerce Marketing Certification

Qualifications:

• Must be comfortable with using Microsoft and Google applications in computer.

• Be able to follow instructions clearly

• Should deliver the work on time

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience

• Working with global ecommerce companies or Indian ecommerce companies like flipkart, amazon, Nykaa, SnapDeal, Myntra, Ajio or others is preferred. See Less
