Job Title:Operations – Client Onboarding –Analyst Client Onboarding is responsible for facilitating the establishment and maintenance of client relationship within the firm, including, but not limited to due diligence, supporting documentation and client configuration. Client Onboarding in Bangalore facilitates client due diligence along with the maintenance of client static data within the framework of the Compliance requirements for the Securities Division. As a member of Client Onboarding, the individual will be instrumental in improving the efficiency and accuracy of the onboarding clients across processes which are document centric and configuring clients for the firm’s trading business across all regions and products for institutional Client services. Client Onboarding in Bangalore facilitates client due diligence along with the maintenance of client static data within the framework of the Compliance requirements for the Securities Division. As a member of Client Onboarding, the individual will be instrumental in improving the efficiency and accuracy of the onboarding clients across processes which are document centric and configuring clients for the firm’s trading business across all regions and products for institutional Client services. The individual will work closely with other members of Client Onboarding and Middle Offices, as well as technology, sales traders, legal and compliance. Interaction with external clients required (Operations counterpart).Client Implementation (CI) CI team caters to onboarding of clients by the way of project managing the entire onboarding. CI plays a critical role in terms of assessment, execution, validation and configuration of a client. Team is responsible for ensuring that all pre-Onboarding requirements that include Anti Money Laundering (AML), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), Account opening Documentation, Regulatory obligations etc. are complete and accurate to help enable client trading across markets/products.• Managing requests for new and existing clients via the Client Onboarding internal and external systems.• Liaising with external & internal clients to maintain the integrity of data• Process improvement and increased efficiency, and working to ensure costs are managed at the same time as maximizing control• Accelerate Industrialization strategy which helps adapt to the new environment by selecting the right goals, developing the right behaviour’ s and investing in the right toolsPrincipal responsibilities include the following-• Liaising with external & internal clients to maintain the integrity of data• Process improvement and increased efficiency, and working to ensure costs are managed at the same time as maximizing control• Accelerate Industrialization strategy which helps adapt to the new environment by selecting the right goals, developing the right behaviour’ s and investing in the right tools.Skill/ Experience:• Ability to deliver / Attention to details & deadlines along with adhering to risk and controls.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills written and oral; confident in interaction with all levels of employees.• Energetic and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting, prioritize projects to meet tight deadlines.• Forward thinking with the ability to assert new ideas and follow them through / finds alternative solutions and identifies clear objectives.• Be responsible for, willing to continuously invest in learning / training to stay abreast of constantly changing regulatory requirements including keeping abreast of industry developments• Where needed act as the intermediary between Compliance, Legal ,Middle office and the business to achieve commercial outcomes that does not compromise our ability to comply with the AML Policy,regulatory requirement• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications (Excel / Power point / Word).Skill Set:• Ability to deliver / Attention to details & deadlines along with adhering to risk and controls. -
