Responsibilities• Plan, organize, and execute online events, including webinars, virtual conferences, and live streams.• Develop event concepts, agendas, and promotional materials.• Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, attendee registration, and technical setup.• Manage event platforms and software, ensuring smooth operation and troubleshooting technical issues.• Monitor event performance metrics, including attendance, engagement, and feedback.• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online event management and technology.• Assist in developing marketing strategies to promote online events and increase audience participation.
Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer, Business Administration, or related field.• Proven experience in organizing and managing online events, with strong IT skills.• Proficiency in event management platforms, webinar software, and virtual meeting tools.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.• Creative thinker with a passion for exploring innovative event formats and technologies.• Ability to work independently and manage projects from conception to completion.• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends to support live events.
Commitment8.5 hours/day , 5 Days a week, OFF – Sunday & Monday (Timing between 10-6.30pm)
