Your responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, product visibility, and sales on online marketplaces and social media platforms.
• Build and execute marketing plan regarding recurring limited drops, leveraging newness and FOMO marketing techniques.
• Implement promotional campaigns, monitor competitor activities, and identify opportunities for growth.
Social Media Marketing
• Manage and continue to develop an influencer affiliate program together with an external partner.
• Explore and evaluate social commerce opportunities, building out recommendations and short-term plans aligned with a long-term strategy.
Customer Acquisition and Retention
• Develop and implement targeted campaigns to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
• Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for personalized marketing approaches.

• Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
WHO YOU ARE
Education
• Marketing, communication or business degree/relevant qualifications
Skills
• Great leadership and business judgment skills, preferably from an international environment
• Extensive knowledge in several performance channels operations and algorithms (SEM, Social, Affiliate)
• Good understanding of SEO
• Good understanding of e-mail and push
• Strong digital marketing knowledge and a strategic thinker that understand the total view for growing brands and engaging customers
• High analytical ability
• Structured, organized and efficient
• High level of English and strong in local language, both spoken and written
Experience
• At least 5-7 years of working experience in above areas
• Proven experience in digital marketing roles, preferably within the e-commerce or fashion industry.
• Strong understanding of online marketplaces and social media platforms.
• Demonstrated success in driving customer acquisition and sales growth.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and e-commerce platforms.
