To study the legal documents with respect to property acquisition from a title perspective
Prepare review and finalize deal related documentation for the execution of deals.
Interact with the CA and other accounting professionals to ensure the financial soundness of the transaction from a taxation perspective.
Ensure compliance of transactions from a regulatory and statutory perspective.
